Integration
Integrate the MedicalCity governance layer with the execution stack of a series-production humanoid robot; validate 5-10 care scenarios on real hardware; tune safety, observability and failure handling.

Field pilot
Deploy 2-3 units for 3 months across 2 sites (Lognes, Paris) in real home-care conditions; measure safety, reliability and human escalation; capture operational and economic evidence.

Turn letters of intent into contracts, then into recurring revenue; produce repeatable integration evidence for deployment in France.

They stay at the centre, and their care is funded through the APA, a public payer for eligible dependent seniors.
